SoulCare Conversations: A Time to Pause and Process Together

Inspired by SoulCare Moments, SoulCare Conversations are longer, culturally sensitive, interactive process groups that were designed to give clergy and leaders space to breathe, process, and engage in intentional conversations. Though the structure can vary, they typically are one-time group meetings ranging from 2-4 hours, that engage kindred, or preciously connected leaders, and are closed to the general public. With the hopes of supporting leader mental wellness, SoulCare Conversations lend themselves to helping leaders process their own stress, share helpful resources, and create space for collaborative problem solving for the path forward.
