First Christian Church Madisonville

First Christian Church is a servant church welcoming all persons to the journey of knowing and experiencing God’s love and grace. First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Madisonville, Kentucky is a vibrant congregation that offers ministry for all ages and life stages. The congregation has been part of the movement that is the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) since its beginnings in 1849.

Expanding the monthly XYZ Senior gathering “lunch and learns” for seniors within the church and community.

XYZ is a Ministry for Senior Adults that meets monthly. XYZ features a catered lunch with community activities that include a featured speaker and topic. The XYZ group has also planned travel and fellowship experiences out of the Church building that includes a trip to the Abbey of Gethsemani and to see a theatrical show together. The group is for any adult 55 years and older. The monthly gatherings welcome around 50 people who are members of FCC and friends from the community.
