NBA + OGMP On the Road: Connecting Communities of Compassion and Care
In March, the National Benevolent Association (NBA) and the Office of the General Minister and President (OGMP) went on the road "connecting communities of compassion and care!" During the week of March 12-18, 2018, Rev. Terri Hord Owens traveled to visit with Disciples health and social service ministries across the United States.
Over the course of the week and across the country, Rev. Owens and NBA staff and trustees traveled to visit with NBA ministry partners and local Disciples. We were grateful to gather for brunch with fellow Disciples in Texas, Ohio, and California for conversation about NBA Initiatives in these regions and Q&A with Rev. Owens.
