International Love Ministries Inc. is a non for profit organization started by Rev. Sei and Ching Touthang in 2021. The main goal is to bring positive change to the refugee communities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and also provide leadership training to church leaders.

Refugee Tutoring Project
More than 9,000 refugees now live in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area and the number increases every year. Most refugee parents are unable to help their children with their education. As a result, these refugee students drop out of high school at a very high rate and experience the negative consequences of dropping out. To help combat this, the Refugee Tutoring Project provides tutoring for about 60 Burmese and Afghan refugee children in 5th through 9th grade.
