Selma, AL—Christian Services for Children in Alabama strives to be an organization that has a positive, recognizable, long-term impact on ALL children and youth in our care by providing professional, cost-effective, and timely services. CSCA is a pioneer for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Alabama/Northwest Florida in promoting ministries that nurture, restore, and reclaim those children who have experienced various types of abuse and neglect. We provide opportunities for families and individuals (who wish) to share their love, time, and resources to nurture vulnerable children and youth toward independence and enriched lives.

Providing opportunities​ for youth to explore educational and occupational paths post-high school.
Fall 2022 Mission & Ministry Grant: Therapeutic Foster Children After School Tutoring Program ($5,000)
Youth & Young Adults
Often, foster children who move during the school year struggle academically and fall behind their peers. This project seeks to combat that, CSCA will offer tutors and afterschool materials to assist foster youth who are transitioning in and out of different school systems.
