Diana Rodriguez
Diana Rodriguez is a licensed Senior Social Worker and DEI Coordinator for Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, New York. In this role, Diana works with children and adults with developmental disabilities and special health care needs. She provides professional psychotherapy, facilitates groups for children, adolescents and adults, as well as provides case management services. She also develops DEI curriculum and events for the hospital. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, a Masters degree in Social Work and Psychology, and a certificate degree in Church Leadership.
Diana is a long time member of La Segunda Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She and her spouse, David, have been active church leaders for many years at La Segunda. Currently, Diana also serves as Vice Moderator on the Board for Obra Hispana.
Why did you say yes to serving on the NBA Board of Trustees?
I believe in a lot of what NBA does for different communities and organizations.
NBA’s vision statement is “Creating Communities of Compassion and Care.” What does that mean to you?
God calls us to help those in need by showing compassion and care.
