Paige Bobbitt
Paige Bobbitt serves as the Director of Development at the National Benevolent Association (NBA). Her nonprofit journey began through XPLOR, NBA’s immersive residential program for young adults focused on spiritual and vocational discernment. During her time in XPLOR, Paige discovered her passion for nonprofit work and found clarity in her calling to connect donors with causes that inspire and empower them.
Before joining NBA, Paige served as the Director of Communications and Development for an Ohio-based nonprofit providing guardianship and advocacy services for adults with developmental disabilities. In that role, she built the organization’s development program from the ground up and transformed mission-aligned supporters into dedicated financial champions.
Paige is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She lives in Delaware, Ohio, just north of Columbus, with her husband, Evan, and their dog, Louie.
Getting to know Paige
Why do you feel “called to care” about Disciples health and social service ministry?
As a fifth-generation Disciple, I was taught from an early age that caring for those around us is central to who we are. Health and social service ministry is where our faith becomes action and where values move from intention to impact. Working toward a more just and compassionate world feels like an honoring of those who came before me and a commitment to the generations who will follow.
Who is a hero of yours, and why?
My parents are my heroes. They are two of the most selfless and hardworking people I know, and they have taught me the importance of extending the table and building true community. I have watched them continually strive for more while also pouring into the people around them by supporting, encouraging, and creating space for others to thrive. They put their whole heart into everything they do, and I am proud to be their daughter.
If I tried to find you in a supermarket, what aisle would you be in?
I love to cook, so I am often happily wandering the entire store and it is rare for me to skip an aisle. But if you are trying to find me, your best bet is the floral and houseplant section. I cannot resist browsing for discounted florals and bringing them home to arrange into bouquets. The joy fresh flowers bring me is unmatched!
