Calling all social entrepreneurs and those seeking to strengthen their skills in social enterprise projects! Plan to join us for the 2025 SENT Seminar!
The 2025 SENT Seminar, hosted by NBA’s Social Entrepreneurship program, will take place September 8-19, 2025. This year’s theme, “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion: Building Impactful Futures,” was developed by the Social Entrepreneurship team in response to the current times. As DEI becomes increasingly politicized and, in some spaces, viewed as a negative term, we recognize the impact this shift has—particularly on funding for those who serve historically marginalized communities, and on organizations striving to do the internal, heart work of cultivating cultures rooted in equity and belonging.
We want this year’s SENT Seminar to offer encouragement and tools for emerging leaders to keep holding up the light of DEI, even when it is unpopular or challenged. We hope to help them understand the current landscape, and offer space for courageous imagination and practical strategies to navigate it with wisdom and boldness.
We also acknowledge that, as an organization on our own equity journey, we stand alongside the nonprofit leaders we accompany. Together, we are working toward a more just and impactful future.
Registration is now open! There is no cost to attend, but registration is required to view the pre-recorded videos.

Each week we will release a series of pre-recorded videos from our speakers around a particular theme. On Thursday, we invite you to join the speakers for a livestream session. During the live broadcast, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and get to know the other seminar attendees.
