SENT Cohort 2026 Graphic (Facebook Post)

Each year NBA selects a cohort of new faith-rooted social entrepreneurs to be a part of a community of support and growth. Those selected to be a part of our Cohort will be in an active process of formation and conversation following their initial involvement in our SENT Seminar. This 12-month journey will begin with our SENT Seminar, which introduces our social entrepreneurs to their cohort of innovative leaders and will provide them with a tailored curriculum to help launch their projects. Over the year, our cohort will also participate in four Cohort Huddles: a combination of virtual workshops and in-person gatherings.. Throughout this process, the group will be provided with specialized coaching to help support and strengthen their social enterprise. Cohort members will also have access to NBA resources such as:

  •    Project featured one or more times through shared NBA materials
  •    Access to short-term consultations with NBA-related professionals/consultants
  •    Opportunity to apply for assistance with site visits to similar projects/organizations
  •    Ongoing communications and learning/networking opportunities through NBA.
  •    Micro-funding to offset start-up expenses

Equity Statement

In alignment with the NBA’s commitment to prioritize the work of reconciliation and anti-racism, the Social Entrepreneurship Program is dedicated to supporting and prioritizing social enterprises that are led by or serve historically marginalized, under-represented, and under-resourced people groups.
